Car Battery Home Delivery in Lahore — How It Works, Timing & What to Have Ready

The process, step by step

1. You message us. Send your car make, model and year, your area in Lahore, and — if you can open the bonnet safely — a photo of the label on your current battery. If the car will not start, say so and share your live location.
2. We confirm. We reply with the correct battery (capacity and terminal type), your choice of brand (Osaka, AGS, Exide, Volta and more), the price after old-battery exchange, and a delivery time.
3. The rider comes. They bring the battery, a spanner set and a tester. Near Multan Road this is usually 60–90 minutes; other areas take longer — we give you an honest time up front.
4. Fitting and testing. The old battery is removed, the terminals and clamps are cleaned, the new battery is fitted and secured with the hold-down, and the rider starts the car and checks the charging voltage.
5. Exchange and payment. Your old battery is weighed and taken, its value deducted from the bill. You pay the balance by cash or bank transfer and receive a stamped warranty card and a receipt.

Realistic timing by area

Traffic, weather and time of day all affect this. Late at night, allow longer. We would rather tell you a realistic time than an optimistic one.

What to have ready

• Your exact location — a shared live location beats an area name, especially in inner streets.
• Car make, model and year, and a photo of the old battery label if you have it.
• Access to the car — the rider needs to open the bonnet. If the car is in a locked basement or blocked in, mention it.
• Payment ready — cash or your banking app.
• If the car is dead on a road, hazard lights on and stand clear of traffic while you wait.

Payment and pricing

There is no advance payment and no booking fee. You pay on delivery, after the battery is fitted and tested, by cash or bank transfer. The price is the battery only — delivery and fitting are free — minus your old-battery exchange value (roughly Rs. 500–3,000 for a car battery, more for larger ones).

If the battery is not right

If, when the rider arrives, the battery turns out not to fit your car (wrong terminal side, an unusual size), you are not charged. We would rather bring the correct one on a second trip than fit the wrong battery.
