What counts as a battery emergency

Call it an emergency if any of these are true: the car makes only a fast clicking sound when you turn the key, the dashboard lights are dim or dead, the car died while parked and will not respond, or a jump-start got it going once but it will not restart. In all of these the battery has failed and a charger will not save it — it needs replacing.

Jump-start first, or straight to a new battery?

A jump-start is worth trying once: if the car starts and keeps running, drive it straight to us or let us come fit a fresh battery while it is still on. But if the battery is more than 2–3 years old, swollen, or has already been jump-started today, do not waste time — it will strand you again within hours. How the doorstep replacement works

1. Send your live location and car model on WhatsApp. A landmark helps if the pin is not exact.
2. We confirm the correct battery, the price after old-battery exchange, and how long the rider will take.
3. The rider reaches your car with the battery, a spanner set and a tester.
4. Old battery out, terminals cleaned, new battery in, engine started, voltage checked.
5. You get a stamped warranty card and a receipt; the old battery goes with the rider.

Night and off-hours

Battery failures do not keep shop hours — they happen on the way home from a wedding, at the office car park at 11pm, or on the motorway link road early in the morning. Message us any time; if the shop counter is closed we still arrange a rider for genuine emergencies.
