These terms apply when you order batteries or services from Ashraf Battery Service, Mansoorah Market, Multan Road, Lahore. Last updated 2026-09-02.

Prices and quotes

Battery prices move with the lead market and the rupee. Any figure on this website or in our guides is indicative. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm to you on WhatsApp or at the counter at the time of purchase, after any old-battery exchange.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and fitting are free within Lahore. Delivery times we quote are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and location. For genuine late-night call-outs a small rider charge may apply, and we tell you the full amount before the rider leaves.

Old-battery exchange

Trade-in value is based on the weight and condition of your old battery and the current scrap-lead rate. It is assessed at the time of exchange and deducted from your bill. The old battery is taken for proper recycling.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery or at the counter, by cash or bank transfer. There is no advance payment or booking fee for standard orders.

Warranty

Batteries carry the manufacturer's warranty (commonly 6–18 months, by brand and model) against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal ageing, physical damage, damage caused by a faulty charging system, repeated deep discharge, wrong application (for example a car battery used on a UPS), or tampering. A valid warranty card and receipt are required to claim. See our guide on how battery warranty works.

Fitment

If a battery brought for delivery is not the correct fit for your vehicle when the rider arrives, you are not charged; we arrange the correct battery.
